Nothing is more frustrating than suffering with chronic pain and handling traditional western medical methods of treating pain that either may not work or by personal choice to not go that route. There are many natural alternative therapies that can assist with treating pain and have a focus of helping to keep the body healthy. This therapy also helps to ease sore joints, relieves stress, increase flexibility, and provides a sense of pain relief. Yoga is defined as the usage of controlled movements, stretches, breathing and relaxation exercises.

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine therapy that has been around for over 5000 years. It consists of using very tiny needles and manipulating them on the affected parts of the body to help reduce tension, and stiffness.
